Booking Your Appointment

To book in for some time out click on the link below to manage your online booking via our FRESHA app.

All you have to do is select the treatment you require, at a time that suits, complete your booking and leave the rest to us!

Tip: once you have created your Fresha profile, you can download the app to your phone for ease of booking future appointments.

Booking Policies

Booking Fee
Confirm with card (You won’t be charged now, payment will be collected after your appointment).
Cancellation Policy

Cancel/Reschedule
If for some reason you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment(s) – we do require 24 hour advance notice. Without 24 hrs advance notice 30% of your appointment will be charged.

Arriving Late
If you are running late, please phone or text to notify that you are on your way.
Arriving late to an appointment impacts the time we have to complete your service and we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment.

“No Shows” will be charged their full service amount and will be required to pay in full before they can book another appointment. Please respect our time as we respect yours.

Understanding that there are rare circumstances that are out of your control (family emergencies, sudden illness etc.) an exception may be made to the above policy at the discretion of the salon.
